   FSS 2006 Short Courses

The short courses will be held on Monday, May 1, 2006. You may register for any one of the full-day courses, or for one or both of the half-day courses. There is NO CHARGE to attend any of the short courses. Click on a course title below for a full description.

The following full-day courses will run from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m:

  1. Shoreline Cleanup Assessment Technique (SCAT) This course is at full capacity. We are no longer accepting registrations for this course.
  2. SPCC Guidance for Regional Inspectors This course is at full capacity. We are no longer accepting registrations for this course.
  3. Oiled Wildlife Response

The following half-day courses are available

  1. Extreme Cold Weather Oil Spill Response (8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.) This course is at full capacity. We are no longer accepting registrations for this course.
  2. Inland Waters Oil Spill Response: Fast Water Booming Techniques and Strategies (1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.) This course is at full capacity. We are no longer accepting registrations for this course.

Note that class size is limited. Registration for a specific course will be on a first-come, first-served basis.
